I stumbled across this story on Yahoo.com about some remark Rahm Emanuel made in an interview:

"Last week, the Wall Street Journal reported that Emanuel, exasperated upon learning that liberal special-interest groups were planning to run ads against conservative Democrats not supportive of health care reform, blasted the plan as "f------ retarded" over the summer. Naturally, some outrage ensued after Emanuel's words came to light, with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin taking to her Facebook page to call on President Obama to fire him for what she saw as the equivalent of a racial slur."

Okay, am I the only person that is sick and fucking tired of hearing about this dumb bitch and her ignorant fucking opinion about everything?!
She is a failed politician whose opinion means about as much as a pile of petrified bear shit sitting on top of Mt. Vesuvius!  Seriously, this is the woman that said "I know a lot about Russia.  I can see from my backyard."
The american populace has taken to worshipping her just as much as they did that dum twat Paris Hilton!  More and more I am losing faith in the human to listen to people whose opinions actually matter.

*breathes in and out deeply*  Okay rant over.  Please forgive my profanity, but this really pisses me off.

She's far too stupid for me to really narrow down all the dumbassity that spews from her overly lipsticked maw.

I hope she really doesn't decide to run for president in 2012.  Because with as fickle and stoopid as the American populace is as a whole, she may very well get elected.

And then...then..I can even think of a funny description of what i might do in that situation.

Well, don't go thinking that France is much better. We've got our own pocket dictator ! Even though he too is pretty much hated, he will be re-elected, I'm almost certain.

PS : France still is a democracy, a blind one, but a democracy in any case.

I highly doubt Sarah Palin will ever touch presidency. To many people are 'not' saying bad things for them to get desperate. In addition her over the top views (even as just a running mate) is the major cause of what lost Mccain the American vote. Many Americans are stupid and may like her, but to many smarter ones would vote against Palin anyway. Basically she is being used as the comic relief in today's politics, and thus is not treated with any real respect or consideration.

Part of the problem is that she is given the attention to be political comic relief. The absurdity of her involvement with national politics is really too much to dignify with the screen-time she gets.

Although I think it is fucking hysterical that not a week after she says this, she gets caught writing speech notes on her hand.  How can people take her seriously?!

I wrote notes on my hands to pass tests in school. Newscasters and Politicians read off teleprompters. Palins problem isn´t that she´s completely stupid, but that she´s grossly unread, self deluded, somewhat untalented as a public person and in my humble opinion set on pushing the wrong political goals.

As for democracies, by now I feel its basically all hubris. Think about it. The people you get to elect need money to advertise themselves, especially in the US. The politicians need sponsors, and the sponsors won´t just hand them money and say "go what you like or what the populace wants." The most powerful sponsors are big companies, and big companies have no ethics by default. (They can´t have because more often than not good ethics run against the purpose of the company, which is to expand and generate profit.)

And if you let that get out of hand you get monstrosities like the EU, where the politicians the people elect have no actual powers, and merely serve as a consulting body to the actual government, which is selected in in-governmental elections.

I would take Palin seriously. If you don´t, she´ll slip right past you and into presidential office, and that will stifle the laughter she´ll have generated up to that point.

But she has super powers!
How else could she see Russia from her house... In ALASKA!
She is a prime example of the de-evolution of the human race, and one more reason for me to campaign against humanity as a whole. I at least see where her son got downs syndrome from.
Sorry if its harsh, just woke up, checking my webz, and her stupidity makes me rage.

There is no such thing as de-evolution, though, only extinction. And stupidity won´t make us go extinct, the only things that can harm the human race are fear, insecurity and lack of understanding.

Lack of understanding is something Palin seems to have in abundance, and her reaction to somebodies remarks about an ad campaign like that speaks either of her opportunism, or her insecurity.
My guess its a mix of both.

Maybe US politics needs a bit of the fire the south korean parliament has. They regularily get into fistfights about issues. Then again, that´s possibly politically incorrect to do...
